Rebecca is torn between Josh and Greg and she doesn’t know what to do. Good thing both their ghosts are haunting her and won’t leave her alone.
Crazy Ex-Girlfriend is known for its insane triangle between Rebecca, Josh, and Greg. The three have had such an up and down relationship and now, Rebecca is left alone. The last we saw of her, she ran to LAX to try to convince Greg to stay. She told him that seeing him on a bridge was a sign that they were meant to be together.
“I want to believe that, I do,” he said before deciding to leave. Greg is going to Emory and his goodbye to Rebecca broke our hearts. To the point where he sings about it in a loving way. Well, kind of.
It Was A Sh*t Show
This song was great and funny but also heartbreaking. Greg broke hearts as he sang about their love story and how it was amazing and their chemistry was something else but that didn’t mean it was perfect.
He expressed his true feelings about how insane their love story was. How they treated each other and how much they had to work to try and be together. So it was a great, but it was a sh*tshow.
Paula’s Struggle
Paula is having a triangle all of her own. She can’t decide between law school and this new baby she’s going to have. And she is too afraid of what Rebecca will say to her to tell her about the baby.
Scott tries to make it a lot easier and it’s really nice to see how much he would do for Paula. He is willing to make her dreams still come true despite everything seemingly being against her.
Rebecca’s Ghosts
Rebecca is seeing her ex-boyfriends around her house. Greg and Josh are in her subconscious telling her they’ll never leave her alone. They even have an amazing dance number singing “We tapped that ass all over this house” as they taunt her.
And so she decides to burn all their belongings that she has to get rid of them. What she doesn’t expect is to almost burn down her home.
Heather and the Davises
Heather and her parents take Rebecca in to help her cope and they end up being amazing characters. They encourage her and let her stay on their couch for as long as she needs.
That is until Heather surprisingly ends up winning Miss Douche and moves out with Rebecca.
Rebecca the Viral Sensation
When Rebecca called trying to get the firefighters to come and help her with the fire she started, they recorded her call and it ended up viral on YouTube. Because of it, she didn’t notice Paula and what was happening with her.
Paula is pregnant and doesn’t think she can go to law school. She’s afraid to tell Rebecca because she think she’ll disappoint her.
Rebranding
Rebecca decided to be a blonde. Well, kind of. She got a makeover hoping it would help her rebrand herself as someone who could be the spokewoman for Miss Douche. She doesn’t end up winning but it makes Rebecca realize that she has to change the way she thinks, not the way she looks.
The episode was really quite amazing and uplifting until the very end. When we saw the demise of Valenica and then got left on a cliffhanger yet again.
