Though it’s difficult to believe, the 2016 U.S. Election is finally coming to a close. No matter who you support, it’s been a long and strange journey. While every election has a lot of unique issues, this one in particular has seen a few incidents that seem out of this world.

Perhaps it’s because one of the two main candidates is from reality TV, but it really has been a spectacle. The age of social media allows us to take in a whole lot more information about politics than ever before. Even the candidates themselves can make headlines through their tweets, and they certainly did. As Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump’s campaigns come to a close, it’s worth it to look back on this whole process from the beginning.

We run you through a list of the wildest moments from this election season. From the DNC email hack to a presidential candidate talking about groping women, it’s been one mess after another. Sometimes it wasn’t clear whether we should feel amused or angry. Often, the result was feeling both. Though it’s by no means comprehensive, these moments serve as reminders of so many twists and turns we’ve seen in this election cycle.
