Hillary Clinton

If there were ever an important time to rock this costume to get a message across, it’s now, ladies. November 8 is Election Day and this election is, in my opinion, the most critical. So, spread the voting love, and dress like your favorite candidate- Hillary Clinton. Duh.

Clinton has paved the way for women. First, as first lady, and now, as (hopeful) President. One could name her the most crucial feminist in the country right now, taking on women’s rights heavier than we’ve ever seen before. “Too often, these are called women’s issues. Well, I am a proud lifelong fighter for women’s issues, because I firmly believe what’s good for women is good for America.” She’ll work to close the pay gap. She will confront violence against women. She’s fighting for paid leave. She stands with Planned Parenthood. She recognizes reproductive rights. She’s going to make a difference for us, because she understands us.

"“If fighting for women’s healthcare and paid family leave and equal pay is playing the ‘woman card,’ then deal me in.”"
