Best bets: Dealer’s choice

Saturday night hockey? Saturday night hockey. Take your pick here, with the easiest pick being Penguins-Flyers by virtue of being available so long as you have NHL Network. However, we have some interesting matchups here, with some divisional games and some crossover as well.

In-division games are Penguins-Flyers (and it’s a Pennsylvania battle, too!), Panthers-Sabres, Bruins-Red Wings (another decent idea, by the way), Maple Leafs-Canadiens, and Stars-Wild.

Meanwhile, the Lightning-Devils, Kings-Blues, Avalanche-Coyotes, and Predators-Sharks keep it within the conference. Finally, Caps-Canucks goes for an Eastern-Western Conference showdown between two teams who have had early surges.
