But Kimmy comes out of the bunker independent and determined to get the most out of her life. Because of the fifteen years she missed out on, Kimmy retains many childlike qualities, like her enthusiasm and her love for Christmas, and she’s always there to help out her friends. Despite the tragedy and setbacks she faces, Kimmy truly proves that females really are strong as hell!
