Roanoke: Hot Tub Drowning

A lot of Roanoke so far has been setting up that this is not all just lies. It started with Shelby being the only one to see these things and people started to believe she was the boy who cried wolf.

One of the most terrifying moments that Shelby had was when she was home alone in her hot tub. I should preface this by saying that being outside in North Carolina like Shelby is is one of my biggest fear but despite that, this scene was still terrifying for a lot of people.

While North Carolina is beautiful, it does have a plethora of scary woods. Why do you think those clowns tormenting people are hiding in them? But Shelby just casually decides she’s safe and goes to relax with a glass of wine in her beautiful built hot tub.

That is until men with torches come and try to drown her. If you’ve ever been that kind of person who is afraid that someone is behind you late at night, that scene probably scared the living daylights out of you.

And what’s even scarier? The drowning just stopped and she had no idea what or who did it to her. Really truly scary.
