Best bets: Dealer’s choice

Seriously, there is a lot of good hockey to be had here. The nationally televised game, Bruins-Leafs, will be the regular-season debut of David Backes on the Bruins after 10 seasons with the Blues.

If yours truly had to pick, I’d peek in periodically on the Bruins-Leafs game, keep an eye on the Canada-only games, and focus on one or two. Islanders-Capitals might show some life, we’ve already discussed Predators-Blackhawks, Rangers-Blues could be interesting….You could legitimately make a case for most of these games.
