50. Dan Stevens

Matthew may have been gone from our lives but that didn’t mean Dan Stevens ever would be. Famous for his role on Downton Abbey, Dan Stevens has had a tumultuous relationship with fans and industry alike.

But it seems like he’s gotten over that hurdle and he’s now in the upcoming Beauty and the Beast live-action movie as the Beast (or Prince Adam if you will) himself!

For his role as Matthew Crawley on Abbey, Dan brought those blue eyes to the screen and dazzled us with the love story between himself and Mary Crawley. The love story was so beautiful, we almost forgot the fact that they’re cousins.

But Dan wanted to move on and in Downton Abbey fashion, that meant that we lost Matthew forever. Or, we lost those blue eyes that bore into our souls week after week. However you want to view it.

Dan, however, has continued to stay in our lives and we couldn’t be happier. From The Fifth Estate to the new Beauty and the Beast, Stevens continues to give us quality work.

So here’s to Dan Stevens, may those blue eyes of yours haunt us forever and always for we love them so.
