My dear Shakespeare, how we love thee. Honestly, there should be a study in how Joseph Fiennes made everyone attracted to a dead man. I’d say blame Shakespeare In Love and the way they wrote the playwright, but let’s be real, it was Joseph’s fault.

Arguably the handsomer of the Fiennes brothers, Joseph is known for lesser films than Ralph. But that doesn’t diminish his charm or his sex appeal in the slightest. You need look no further than Shakespeare In Love to prove this point. And that movie has some of the most beautiful men on the planet in it.

Joseph though has a charisma about him that makes him a fantastic love interest and forces us all to recognize how traditionally beautiful he is. Even if he made that strange pilot of Ryan Murphy’s called Pretty/Handsome.

But Joseph is still in our lives occasionally and it gives us enough of him to survive. He swoops in with guest appearances on American Horror Story or in random films and the world remembers just how much they all love and appreciate both of the Fiennes brothers.

And maybe, just maybe, we’ll get a movie with the two of them playing opposites of each other to make our heads explode.
