What makes you who you are? Your mind, your skin, your eyes and ears? How did you learn to see the world: your loyalties, fears and dreams. Maybe it’s the neighborhood you grew up in, the schools, the way your parents raised you. Maybe it’s the body they stole for you after you were ripped from your mother’s back.

Aliens are living among us. To survive, they steal human bodies to inhabit, because they are actually giant lizard bugs that look a lot like the alien from Alien. Scruffy FBI agent Flynn Carroll can’t stay out of the investigation of his wife’s kidnapping. As he digs deeper, he discovers the team tasked with finding her is the secretive Exo-Terrorism Unit. Its job is to study and track extraterrestrial terrorists. He has to find out what is going on. Lucky for him, the ETU needs a new agent.

Why are the aliens here? Are they trying to destroy us and take our planet? Maybe they want to make us their slaves. Maybe they’re just terrified refugees. All we know for sure is that they are totally obsessed with New Wave music.
