14. Plaid Christmas Dress: Season 3, Episode 11

Moving back to Season 3 for the next Mindy outfit. In the Christmas-themed episode, Mindy decided on a black and white patterned plaid dress. The dress fits her perfectly and molds to her curves flawlessly. This dress might not be the most exciting choice but it’s still a classic look. The Mindy Project doesn’t always have holiday episodes, but this episode is one of the few Christmas episodes and is one of few episodes where we see Mindy going for a more classic look. Once you see the rest of the list, you’ll know what I mean about her taking risks with her outfits.

This plaid dress is simple yet sexy because it fits her like a glove without making her look like she’s trying too hard. This episode does feature Mindy in a few different outfits including a little black dress with sequins on the side, but this outfit was something I wouldn’t normally expect from Mindy and that’s why I love it so much. Then again, this is Mindy wearing something plaid and no one else can really rock plaid like Mindy Lahiri can which is why this outfit got the slight advantage over her little black dress.
