3. Teal and Plaid Princess: Season 3, Episode 13

If there’s one pattern that Mindy absolutely rocks, it’s plaid which might make another appearance on this list. This dress is one of my favorites because it’s simple but somehow dressed up. That’s one thing that Mindy Lahiri’s great at. Neither the teal or plaid overtake each other nor does the dress take the attention away from Mindy. You might be wondering why I chose to put this dress as high on the list because there isn’t arguably anything too spectacular or wonderful about the dress, but the simplicity of it really takes the cake for me here.

This outfit is definitely a throwback to earlier seasons because it’s a teal and brown plaid dress which is something you would have seen Mindy in before. However, it doesn’t feel like a dated look or something that Mindy still wouldn’t wear now. She’s pretty perfectly for work or a dinner party which is what she wear this too. It’s a classic Mindy look that she’s rocking and I’m not mad about it. The outfit wouldn’t be complete with her accessories which this time is a purse and headband. It’s not a dramatic look either which contrasts perfectly with what’s going on in the episode too.
