Watching Tina Fey develop her red carpet style has been a joy over the last decade. Fey, as a comedian, clear felt from the first that trying to be “pretty” on the carpet was something she either didn’t want to do, or couldn’t trust herself to pull off. Both she and Amy Poehler had a run of years around the turn of the decade where they could never land the right gown, or self sabotaged with bad hair and make up.
But over the course of 30 Rock, Fey finally seemed to find her groove, of what looked good on her and how to accessorize. The moment she finally landed everything perfectly was 2012 in this Westwood number, in the deep wine color (purples would become her go to after this). Not much int he accessories department, no muss no fuss, just one of the best looks of the night, thanks.
