2. Ivy Higa, Season 8

Resident catty B on Project Runway Season 8, Ivy Higa, may have been full of high drama (she accused fellow contestant Michael Costello of cheating) and yet… she came out with an incredibly dull New York Fashion Week catwalk of her own. Clean design is great. Sure. That’s why IKEA appeals to all millennials looking to pick a fight with their significant others over which dresser to buy and then have trouble putting together. But clean design doesn’t have to mean boring as hell. White on white on white on… straw made this catwalk seem endless and not unlike visiting a retirement home in Boca Raton.

So what, you might ask, is worse than being called mean? Boring. Nothing is worse than being called boring (remember that the next time you fight with someone). Higa’s looks were white, cream, and beige (BEIGE! Can you even.) with one canary yellow (and we admit, pretty!) dress thrown into the mix, but nothing was new or very fun and every outfit looked like something your divorced Aunt Rita bought for her girl’s cruise to the Bahama’s. Floppy hats, sheer bathing suit cover-ups, and all. Don’t worry, Rita will send you all the photos. You’ll see.
