An actor, producer, and director who’s been working since the ‘90s, Idris Elba is no stranger to women swooning over his British accent or smoldering sexiness. (He’s so hot that when I searched to pull up his film bio, “Who is Idris Elba dating?” was one of the first search strings that came up.) The lead from Luther, Idris has recently lent his talents to such heavy-hitters as Star Trek Beyond, Avengers: Age of Ultron, and Zootopia, just to name a few, and will be starring in the upcoming Stephen King adaption of The Dark Tower. Now if only we could convince studio execs that he would seriously kill as James Bond.

Much like the comely Idris, you’d be hard-pressed to find a prettier apple than the Rome Beauty. It’s a perfectly-shaped, glossy and round fruit that looks like something out of a magazine that doesn’t even need air-brushing. However, like some of the roles Elba has taken, the Rome Beauty can have a tart edge, so it’s a perfect candidate for dipping in some smooth caramel sauce. Its flavor also develops as it’s cooked, much like Idris Elba’s attractiveness has only increased with time and the various roles he’s adopted.
