Chris Pratt: Fuji

Some of us have been salivating over Chris Pratt since his days on the comedy Parks & Recreation, but he hit it big time in 2014’s Guardians of the Galaxy. Since then, he’s roped up some big roles, from a lead in Jurassic World and its sequel to The Magnificent Seven, the western coming to theaters in late September. The husband of actress Anna Faris and a dad, he also seems like an incredibly sweet guy: in August 2014, he visited Children’s Hospital Los Angeles dressed as his Guardians character, Star-Lord, to cheer up the kids and staff there.

Fuji is an apple that was created from crossing the large and popular Red Delicious with a Ralls Janet apple, resulting in a fruit that’s crunchy yet super sweet and one of the most popular to snack on raw. This is the apple for those who can’t help but fall for the charming and likable Pratt, who’s a cross between hot beefcake and goofy boy next door—not to mention an actor surging in popularity. While you’re headed to watch The Magnificent Seven in the theater this fall, sneak a Fuji in your bag. You may slip into a diabetic coma, but you’ll do so with a smile on your face.
