Tom Holland admits he made one silly mistake in Spider-Man: Far From Home

Tom Holland revealed that he made one small mistake while filming Spider-Man: Far From Home. Plus, the actor introduced some new footage from the movie.

Typically, on any given day, Tom Holland is absolutely flawless and probably out in the world rescuing another dog and giving it a good home. But, like us, our favorite actors can make mistakes, too. And Tom Holland’s mistake while filming Spider-Man: Far From Home just might be a permanent one.

During an interview for Far From Home, as found by io9, Holland was asked about how the multiverse will play a part in the movie. For those of you awaiting a spoiler reveal about this particular topic, unfortunately, Holland couldn’t say much about it. But he did note that while he was filming, he completely mispronounced the word “multiverse.”

In the movie, Holland says he pronounced the word as “mult-ee-verse,” whereas it should have been pronounced as “mult-eye-verse.”  His pronunciation, of course, is because he’s a Brit playing an American character. And honestly, since his Queens, New York accent has been so spot-on all these years, we couldn’t possibly be mad at him for such a small mistake.

You can watch Holland discuss his mistake in the clip below.

Despite his small mistake, we’re counting on the rest of Spider-Man: Far From Home to be absolutely great. Just last week, during E3, Holland revealed new footage from the movie that makes it look even more exciting.

In the clip (which you can watch here), we get to see the four suits Spidey will be wearing in the movie. The first two are ones we’ve been familiar with already: his classic red and blue suit, as well as the Iron Spider suit featured in Avengers: Infinity War.

One of the newer suits appears to be a stealth suit that will help him during a stakeout for Nick Fury. We’re not sure what he’ll be on the lookout for just yet, but he could be getting more intel on the strange elementals that seem to be popping up all over the place. The second of the newer suits is the red and black suit, which Peter designs himself. We get to see how the suit is made, and it answers the age-old question of how superheroes get their suits in the first place. (Not all superheroes have Edna Mode.)
