The virtual San Diego Comic-Con at Home has announced an early lineup of television shows expected to have panel discussions as part of the online event.

For the first time in its 50-year history, San Diego Comic-Con is going virtual this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic — and we’ve got a sneak peek at some of the television series that will be participating. Comic-Con at Home will take place the same weekend as the originally planned event, July 22-26, and is said to feature panel discussions, exclusive online merchandise, and cosplay contests (from the safety of your own home, of course).

Media juggernauts like Marvel and Warner Bros. typically dominate SDCC, with exclusive screenings, behind-the-scenes shorts, and cast interviews. However, we haven’t received any word as of yet how they will be participating this year. Although, we do now have an early list of television series that are slated to appear on the virtual panels (so far). The convention typically has hundreds of panels throughout the course of the event, so this is surely just the tip of the iceberg, with more announcements planned in the near future.

Below is a list of confirmed television panels for Comic-Con at Home. It looks like we have a healthy mix of veteran shows like Bob’s Burgers and Wynonna Earp, mixed with newer series like Motherland: Fort Salem and The Walking Dead: World Beyond.

Check out the full list of currently confirmed panels here:

  • A Conversation with Nathan Fillion (featuring Joss Whedon, Alan Tudyk, Gina Torres, and more)
  • American Dad (TBS)
  • Bless the Harts (Fox)
  • Bob’s Burgers (Fox)
  • Crossing Swords (Hulu)
  • Duncanville (Fox)
  • Family Guy (Fox)

  • The Simpsons (Fox)
  • Solar Opposites (Hulu)

  • The Walking Dead (AMC)
  • The Walking Dead: World Beyond (AMC)

Additional announcements about how to stream the convention for free and specific scheduling details will be released at a later time. Until then, at least we can be confident that we’ll be getting some interesting discussions — and maybe a few exciting announcements — for a number of fan-favorite series.
