Orphan Black season 5, episode 6: Watch online

You know things are bad for Clone Club when Krystal is the only Leda who seems to have it together.

As we enter the second half of Orphan Black‘s final season, one burning question — when are we going to see Krystal again?! — finally seems to have been answered. The least self-aware Leda clone always gives the show a boost and allows star Tatiana Maslany the chance to flex her comedic muscles. And, unsurprisingly, Maslany always kills it.

Krystal makes her well-coiffed return in the next episode of this season, the ominously titled “Manacled Slim Wrists.” Apparently, she’s going to help Art get some Dyad dirt by playing arm candy.

As for the other Ledas, we last saw Cosima locked up in P.T. Westmorland’s creepy basement with no one but Mud to help her. Delphine had left Revival shortly after the tense dinner with Westmorland, Susan Duncan, and Rachel. Speaking of that happy family, Rachel and Susan have made an uneasy truce because Rachel is preparing to harvest Kira’s LIN28a-laden eggs and Susan wants in on the science. Susan is probably angling for a way to fix Oedipal basket case Ira because he’s beginning to glitch. The Last Castor Standing might not be long for this world.

"Cosima is forced into an alliance when an old enemy returns to the island, accelerating P.T. Westmorland’s sinister agenda. Elsewhere: on the mainland, Krystal stumbles onto a vital clue to the Neolution endgame."

Seems like we’re in for more of Cosima’s story — and probably the return of Virginia Coady — but hopefully there will be time for other Clone Club members as well. I’m pulling for Alison’s return this week in particular. She is presumably still off trying to get her non-Leda life together but I just want to see her and Krystal having a flinty voice-off. Of all the “Tatiana Maslany acting opposite herself” moments Orphan Black has given us, Alison v. Krystal would probably be the best.
