Princess Cruises Is Spotlighting Emerging Artists
Known cruise brand, Princess Cruises was named as the exclusive partner for the famed Academy of Country Music (ACM). Country music legend Reba McEntire hosted the 59th Academy of Country Music Award, Princess celebrated the country music biggest party of the year on the red carpet, interviewing artists and nominees live.
The first cruise from Los Angeles to the Mexican Riviera in 1965, Princess Cruises has become the iconic cruise brand in the world, from the co-starring role as the setting of the beloved "Love Boat" television series to sailing 16 luxurious and innovative cruise ships to global destinations.

As part of the partnership kicked off last month on May 16, Princess Cruises presented sponsor for the recently introduced "ACM Live from the Red Barrel Lounge" series taking place at the Academy's Headquarters in Nashville this summer. The performances introduce viewers to new and emerging country artists, and collaboration by some of the talented artists from the Red Barrel Lounge, welcoming them onboard selective upcoming Princess voyages.
The cruise line President John Padgett is proud to partner with the Academy of Country Music to show the next big country artists. Padget explained how country music has a special place in the hearts of Princess Cruises guests and this partnership with ACM allow Princess Cruises to bring unparalleled experiences onboard that love cruising as well as country music in a unique and memorable way.
In the next coming months, Princess Cruises will be on-site supporting the ACM Honors in August to show celebration in award honorees, off-camera category winners, the ACM Industry and Studio Recording Awards.
