Only Murders in the Building pop-up escape room arrives coast-to-coast
Last year's arrival of Only Murders in the Building Escape Room in Los Angeles caused a lot of enthusiastic reactions from fans interacting with the experience of the pop-up escape game inspired by Hulu's original whodunnit comedy. The Only Murders in the Building Escape Room game makes a return, but this time influenced by the show's season 4 arc.
Senior Director of Marketing and Brand at The Escape Room, Teddy Cheek explained that The Escape Room provides customized, hospitality experiences to each guest and Cheek expressed to continue their collaboration with the streaming platform:
“We are thrilled to continue our relationship with Hulu and bring to life every crime junkies dream, stepping inside the world of Only Murders in the Building and immersing themselves
in both problem-solving and team building, just like the show’s star-studded cast.”
The pop-up murder mystery game will allow those who sign up for the experience to be transported into the Only Murders in the Building environment. The hourlong escape room game will allow guests to use their problem-solving skills and let their inner amateur sleuth run wild.
However, in a TikTok video of last year's experience, a friend group was becoming familiar with the props, scenery and finding many Easter Eggs before time runs out.
The interactive escape room is set and scheduled to open coast to coast in Midtown Manhattan on August 30, a few days after the premiere of Only Murders in the Building's new season, and will return to the Westfield Century City Mall in Los Angeles on September 7th.
Presales begin on August 27, offering twenty percent off in the promotion for the season four premiere of Only Murders in the Building. Tickets can be purchased through Only Murders in the Building Escape Room from The Escape Room website.
