HHN’s Universal Monsters Eternal Bloodlines gives women their ultimate revenge

While many people countdown the days until the Dark Universe opens at Epic Universe, the women Universal Monsters are ready to make their presence known at Halloween Horror Nights 2024. In the just revealed Universal Monsters: Eternal Bloodlines, the all-female-led haunt will have guests entranced by their tempting ways.

According to a recent announcement, HHN’s Universal Monsters: Eternal Bloodlines features the Bride of Frankenstein, Dracula’s Daughter, She-Wolf of London and the undead, mummified Egyptian princess Anck-Su-Namun. While female monsters have been highlighted in previous Halloween Horror Nights offerings, this assembly of sinister ladies is a first for the theme park.

In this twisted tale, the various women form alliances to ensure their bloodline continues its reign of terror. The unlikely allegiances might have people questioning the choices. Still, the epic battle for supremacy could be more vicious that any other.

The battle of the two alliances is more than just the merging of storylines. The idea adds complexity to the tales told for decades. Saskia Van Helsing and The Bride of Frankenstein against Countess Mary, She-Wolf, and Anck-Su-Namun might not be the leads in some tales but their maniacal ways could be more deadly than their male counterparts.

Given that this haunted house harkens back to the 1930s movies, it is more than black and white imagery that fills people’s nightmares. The reality is that these stories allowed people to fill in the blanks with their own imaginations. Sometimes the greatest fears come from within.

In addition, the Universal Monsters: Eternal Bloodlines will feature music interwoven into the experience. Although the Quiet Place haunted house dares people to stay in hushed tones, this twisted tale orchestrates every scene with cacophony.

At the Hollywood event, Slash returns to score the experience. His long association with HHN is legendary. This year, guests can purchase a limited edition vinyl of his many HHN works exclusively at the Universal Studios Hollywood event.

For the Orlando experience, Emmy-nominated composer Sara Barone will lend her talents to the female-centric haunted house. It will be interesting to see how her perspective balances the feminine and demonic side to this new experience.
