Psychic Allison DuBois predicted Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s split years earlier

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky are the latest celebrity couple to call it quits in 2023. After 27 years of marriage, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple announced their separation on Monday, July 3.

In a statement, the couple said any reports of divorce are “untrue” and there was “no wrongdoing on anyone’s part.”  However, they admitted that things weren’t perfect in their marriage.

"“Yes, we have had a rough year. The most challenging one of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other tremendously.”"

While Richards and Umansky’s split came as a shock to many, there’s one person who wasn’t surprised by the news.

Richards and the rest of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills often find themselves in the midst of drama. One iconic moment came in 2010 during a dinner party at Camille Grammer’s house. Among the guests was psychic Allison DuBois, whose life story was chronicled in the NBC series Medium, produced by Camille’s ex-husband Kelsey Grammer.

During the party, DuBois predicted that Richards and her husband would split up. “He will never emotionally fulfill you, but you will stay with him, and he will take care of you. And as soon as the kids are bigger, you’ll have nothing in common,” DuBois revealed.

DuBois’ prediction quickly sparked an argument with Richards, who was skeptical of the psychic. But after the latest news about Richards and Umansky’s separation, DuBois’ prediction is making the rounds.

DuBois has been bombarded with messages since Monday, and she took to Instagram to address the situation. The psychic shared a clip from the RHOBH episode in the caption wrote:
