Only Murders In The Building -- Episode 101 -- From the minds of Steve Martin, Dan Fogelman and John Hoffman comes a comedic murder-mystery series for the ages. “Only Murders In The Building” follows three strangers (Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez) who share an obsession with true crime and suddenly find themselves wrapped up in one. When a grisly death occurs inside their exclusive Upper West Side apartment building, the trio suspects murder and employs their precise knowledge of true crime to investigate the truth. As they record a podcast of their own to document the case, the three unravel the complex secrets of the building which stretch back years. Perhaps even more explosive are the lies they tell one another. Selena Gomez has released the first look at her Apple TV+ documentary, Selena Gomez: My Mind and Me. Gomez is a vocal mental health advocate, having created an educational campaign with her makeup brand Rare Beauty, executive producing the Netflix series 13 Reasons Why, and speaking out at various events. Now, fans are getting a look at how mental health has affected her career in music, film, and television.

Selena Gomez releases documentary trailer

The Apple TV+ documentary first came on September 8, when she posted a video of a theater screen featuring the documentary’s title.  About the documentary, a press release was released that states: “After years in the limelight, Selena Gomez achieves unimaginable stardom. But just as she reaches a new peak, an unexpected turn pulls her into darkness. This uniquely raw and intimate documentary spans her six-year journey into a new light.” The documentary is also rated R for language.

Alek Keshishian, who directed the film Madonna: Truth or Dare, was also announced as the director. In the new trailer, we see her cry, laugh, and perform, while her breathing plays throughout the clip.  After multiple awards, starring roles, an Emmy nomination, and more than 210 million singles worldwide, this will be the first time we see a closer look at the star’s personal life.

“We don’t get along sometimes and it gets hard to breathe . . . But I wouldn’t change my life,” Gomez wrote in her caption on Instagram announcing the documentary film. The film, which will premiere on Apple TV+ on November 4, will include intimate commentary and footage from the star. It will also have a premiere at the American Film Institute Festival in Los Angeles on November 2.
