Three episodes into Season 4 of Roswell, New Mexico, and all of the aliens seem to be making moves, and some of the moves might be problematic.

In an episode that seemed jam-packed with things happening and people confronting some of their issues (Max with his powers, Maria with her visions, Isobel with her relationship), it seemed like a lot was happening all at once. And yet, it also felt like nothing happened.

We did have our “Bonnie and Clyde” aliens breaking into another bank vault and being rescued by Michael as part of a plan to infiltrate the trio of Jones followers. And we also saw Liz learning a bit more about why her mentor’s wife is in Roswell and apparently buying up land for research purposes. But by the end of the episode, it didn’t feel like our story had moved forward at all.

All that to say that perhaps the thing we are most invested in from this episode is Kyle finding Jones’ body missing from his lab. How did the body go missing? Who stole the body? And why do they need it? There are a lot of questions and not a lot of answers at this point.

Things are shaking up on Roswell as our aliens deal with a “Subterranean Homesick Alien.”

Beyond Jones’ body going missing, I have to say that Michael befriending “Bonnie” was not on our Roswell bingo card for this episode. And yet, it seemed to make perfect sense.

Of course, the fact that he has no idea that Alex is missing and that the trio of aliens (or at least the leader of the group) is responsible might change his mind about how friendly he wants to be with these new people. We don’t know enough about this new trio yet, and we want to. We want to know more about where they came from and why they are so committed to making Jones’ plans come to fruition.

Actually, we just want to know what’s going on altogether. This season has us hooked, but that also means we want answers and to know what’s coming for our characters. We are invested in all of the members of our Roswell crew, and we need to know if they will be safe!

But we want to know what you thought of this episode. Are you enjoying Season 4? Do you feel like a lot happened in this episode?
