What we want to see in the Nancy Drew Season 3 finale

Nancy Drew Season 3 has been a wild ride. From Bess truly embracing her abilities in terms of magic and investigative skills to Ace admitting to Nancy that he has feelings for her, a lot has happened with the Drew Crew.

And even though there have been some interesting character developments, there are still plenty of things we still want to see. Unfortunately, we only have one episode for all of those things to happen – the Season 3 finale.

As we head into the finale episode of Nancy Drew‘s third season, we have a laundry list of things we would love to see.

So here is our wish list for the Nancy Drew Season 3 finale, “The Ransom of the Forsaken Soul”.

Nancy Drew’s Season 3 finale is here and this is what we want to see:

  • We want Nancy to admit her feelings for Ace. After missing her opportunity when he was dating Amanda, this is her chance to tell him how she feels.
  • Agent Park needs to become a more permanent addition to Horseshoe Bay. I know this might fly in the face of our wanting that NACE moment, but there was definite chemistry between Nancy and Park, and they deserved more of a chance to explore it. And if he is sticking around town, it would be a great opportunity for more tensions.
  • Bess needs to be as much of a heroin stopping Temperance as Nancy Drew herself. Bess has proven all season long that she has what it takes to be Nancy’s equal and that means letting her shine in this final confrontation (if it even is their final confrontation).
  • We want answers about the Hudson curse. The fact that it was even brought up in the penultimate episode of the season, means it is important to the story. But we need to know more.
  • We really want another Drew-Hudson family bonding scene. It has been too long since we saw Nancy and her two dads having downtime together. And it would be nice to see it happen in the Season 3 finale, even if it is a final scene like what we saw at the end of Season 2.
  • Ned needs to find a way to forgive himself and come to terms with all the ways he feels he has failed others, even though in a lot of ways, he is perhaps the only person who hasn’t really failed anyone.
  • Temperance needs to be stopped and Ace’s soul needs to be saved. That’s it! That is the thing that truly needs to happen to make this season end on a positive note.
