The countdown to 2022

Even with the Omricon spread and the rise of new COVID-19 cases, many television networks are continuing with their New Year’s Eve celebrations. While they are doing so with adjustments, the countdowns will continue and will include live crowds and performances. Here are the confirmed countdowns to watch.

The duo will also co-host with CNN’s Don Lemon and Alisyn Camerota and comedian  Dulce Sloan at 12:30 a.m. EST/ 9:30 pm. PST.

Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest’
Where to watch:  ABC 8 p.m. EST/PST

Musical guests include Avril Lavigne and Travis Barker, Journey, and AJR with Daisy the Great.

‘Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party’
Where to watch: NBC 10:30 p.m. EST/7:30 PST, streaming on the Peacock app.

Musical guests include Brandi Carlile, Saweetie, Jack Harlow, Billie Joe Armstrong, and 24kGoldn.

‘New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash’
How to watch: CBS and streaming on Paramount+ from 8 p.m. EST/PST then again at 11:30 p.m. EST/PST.

Musical guests include Jason Aldean, Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, and Darius Rucker.
