Liam, who is bisexual and on the autism spectrum, has been doing his reactions since 2013. Inclusive of television series as well as films, he has covered everything from Game of Thrones to animated series like Camp Camp. However, his favorites to react to have been Doctor Who, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, the Harry Potter franchise, and The Mandalorian. He was originally inspired by another set of reactors who were also Doctor Who fans.
“What inspired me to start [filming] reactions was two female reactors called the ChiqueeGeeks, who did Doctor Who reactions. I decided around Christmas 2013, I wanted to do reactions as it seemed like a really wonderful idea since the concept of reactions to shows felt like it was going to be a blast and I loved watching them and their shenanigans. And it grew into something I cherish so much now,” he stated.
Since he’s been reacting for so long, Liam is one of the most proficient YouTubers out there when it comes to critiquing and analyzing what’s happening onscreen. He picks up on the slightest nuance, and any sort of shift that happens, in every scene. All one has to do is watch his reaction to Buffy the Vampire Slayer‘s musical episode, “Once More, With Feeling,” to see him picking up on the smallest hints of things to come.
Liam’s channel is available in its entirety here.
