The second season of Flack, one of Amazon Prime Video’s most underrated – and largely under the radar – series arrives on the streamer this June. And if the first trailer is anything to go by,  season 2 is going to be every bit as fun and scandalous as its first.

The series stars Anna Paquin, Lydia Wilson, Rebecca Benson, and Sophie Okonedo as the brains behind a cutthroat British publicity shop who will do anything to protect their clients – and clean up their dirty laundry along the way.

Paquin’s Robyn experienced something of a personal and professional collapse at the end of the series’ first season – sleeping with her best friend and co-worker Eve’s man, firing Melody from the company, falling off the wagon and doing cocaine, and having her boyfriend discover not just that she was cheating, but that she’d been secretly taking birth control pills to prevent the pregnancy they were supposedly trying for.

How this will all play out in season 2 is anyone’s guess, but Robyn certainly has a great deal of work to do to repair the relationships she’s destroyed, both personally and professionally speaking.

What can we expect from Flack season 2?

Flack season 2 looks full of even more drama than ever before, as MMPR faces everything from a client getting caught in a police raid, one who’s being asked to say his infertile to cover up what is likely a much worse problem,

Happily, the Flack season 2 trailer seems to hint that Okonedo’s Caroline will get more of a central role this season – and what looks like a story and possible love interest of her own.

There’s also a blink and you’ll miss it glimpse of what appears to be a late-night reunion between Robyn and Tom, some new relationship drama for Eve, and a flashback that appears to involve Robyn’s mother.

On the good news front, we won’t have to wait long to see the new season for ourselves. All six episodes of Flack season 2 drop on Amazon Prime beginning Friday, June 11.
