ColourPop is giving lemon lovers a collection inspired by Limoncello

Bring on the summer fun! ColourPop is making our lemon beauty dreams come true with their new Limoncello collection, and we are here for it.

On March 15, ColourPop took to its Instagram account to announce the arrival of the new Limoncello-inspired collection. Set to arrive on March 18, this collection is all about the vibrancy of lemons and the beauty of both spring and summer. And while yellow may not be everyone’s favorite shade, there is something to be said for adding a brilliant pop of color to any look.

Considering Limoncello itself is an Italian lemon liqueur, it makes sense that the collection would be inspired as much by the lemon itself as the region Limoncello hails from — which is why we are pretty excited about this entire thing.

ColourPop went all out with this line. Not only is there a 12-pan palette, but there are blush sticks, lip glosses, shadow sticks, brush sets, and even oils from their sister companies Sol Body and Fourth Ray Beauty.

Limoncello is the inspiration for ColourPop’s latest collection

In the Limoncello eye shadow palette, we get colors of gold, yellow and neutral shades, but with one vibrant pop of blue that truly ties everything together in a stunning fashion. This is a palette that screams Mediterranean beauty, and I am loving every bit of it.

With shades named Amalfi, Capri, Tuscan Fun and Limone Squeezy — just to name a few — you know our lemon-loving hearts are going to need this one in our lives ASAP.

With pops of color and plenty of more neutral shades as well, this collection is perfect for adding a bit of freshness to any look. And much like both Limoncello and the zesty lemon, this is perfect as a refreshing addition to a current look (or collection), or as the main course (food puns are hard, don’t judge).

This might be one of ColourPop‘s more versatile collections, and I am pretty excited by the idea of adding this one to the beauty rotation. In a world of apples and oranges, I want to be a lemon! And thanks to ColourPop, I can make that happen.
