Flora & Ulysses, The Muppet Show, and everything else heading to Disney+ in February 2021
In its first year alone, Disney+ has raked in 86.8 million subscribers, and the streamer has barely skimmed the surface when it comes to content. Sure, the platform’s lineup of Marvel and Star Wars films and series — and, perhaps most notably, the record-breaking The Mandalorian — have kept subscribers engaged throughout most of 2020. But it seems the streamer is really ramping up its content game heading into the new year, as already evidenced by the success of WandaVision.
And Marvel’s wacky, sitcom-inspired series will continue to drop episodes throughout the month of February, so if you’re looking for some romance with a twist to enjoy leading up to Valentine’s Day, Wanda and Vision’s story could be the one for you.
Of course, that’s not all Disney+ has planned for subscribers this month. Its new original movie, Flora & Ulysses, promises to bring Kate DiCamillo’s award-winning middle grade novel to life in an extraordinary way — and give viewers the kind of fun, adorable content we’ve come to expect from Disney.
Those looking for some nonfiction watches will want to check out the second batch of Inside Pixar: Portraits, which offer an inside look at Pixar Animation Studios, and Marvel’s Behind the Mask, which takes a deeper dive into the franchise’s superheroes and their histories.
A few classics will also arrive on Disney+ toward the end of the month, including all five seasons of The Muppet Show and both Cheaper by the Dozen movies.
