With Disneyland closed and many of us not traveling right now, a new unofficial Disney cookbook has an easy way to bring Disney magic into your kitchen.

While most of us haven’t had our usual dose of Disney Magic this year due to the state of the world, that doesn’t mean we have to live out the rest of the year with none of that magic and wonder in our lives.

The Unofficial Disney Parks Cookbook by Ashley Craft offers 100 recipes from all of the parks in the United States. As a native of Anaheim, Calif., Craft knows her stuff, too, which makes reading through the recipes that much more enjoyable.

Most of the recipes are for snacks and desserts in the various parks, but there are a few recipes that are meals, like the infamous turkey leg or the cheeseburger spring rolls from the Animal Kingdom. Besides, some of the best cravings you can get at Disney theme parks are for the snacks.

What are you in the mood for? Are you feeling a fresh fruit waffle sandwich from Sleepy Hollow in Liberty Square? Or what about cheeseburger steamed pods from the Satu’li Canteen in the Animal Kingdom? Or are you craving a taste of Jack-Jack’s Num Num cookies from Incredibles 2 that you can get on Pixar Pier?

The best thing about these recipes is that anyone can make them. You don’t need to be a professional to make any of these. I think the most complicated recipe calls for an immersion blender. My favorite dessert — the Napoleon in La Patisserie in France — calls for puff pastries you can get at any grocery store rather than attempting to make the pastry yourself.

Just imagine it. You’re sitting on your couch watching the latest episode of The Mandalorian and you have the sudden craving for a Dole Whip or school bread from Epcot. You can just pull out a copy of Craft’s book and make it! Or if you’re missing your annual taste of a Mickey Waffle, the recipe’s at your fingertips.
