The 2018 midterm elections are just a few weeks away, and these actors and actresses who play superheroes want you to be a hero by going to the polls.

When it comes to being a superhero in real life, none of us are ever going to be able to fly like Superman or stop bullets like Wonder Woman. So, we have to do what we can in our daily lives to make a difference. Actors and actresses who play superheroes in movies know that this is the case.

With the 2018 midterm elections coming up next month, many of our favorite superhero actors and actresses are encouraging fans to get out and vote. While you’ll probably never be a supersoldier like Steve Rogers, you can follow his lead and vote.

Here are the latest “heroes” who have taken time to remind people how important it is to make your voice be heard.

Mark Ruffalo inspires with a delightful meme

Mark Ruffalo took to Twitter to post a hilarious meme featuring himself and fellow Marvel star, Paul Rudd. With the meme, he encourages people to remember to vote in the midterm elections, the picture is pretty funny and has a good message behind it. Don’t make Hulk angry! Instead, make sure and vote (and be sure you are registered to vote, too!)

Ruffalo also shared this tweet using the hype over what the Avengers 4 trailer will be to encourage people to do their civic duty.

Marvel actors tell people to vote in this hilarious “First Time” PSA

Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Don Cheadle, Chadwick Boseman, Mark Ruffalo and more are all featured in this hilarious PSA about the importance of voting. In the video, they talk about their “first times” using innuendos and humor to remind people not to be scared of voting, even if they’ve never done it before. We can’t get enough of this video, and it’s really pretty effective and hard to forget.

Chris Evans (aka Captain America, aka America’s husband) wants you to vote

Along with being included in that amazing PSA, Evans has also been tweeting multiple posts about voting. He clearly cares about this topic, and, we all know he’s not a big fan of Trump and how the politics in this country have been.

We are glad that the man who plays Cap cares so much about how this country is run. When Captain America wants you to vote, you should definitely do it!

Don Cheadle

Don Cheadle is also very active and political on Twitter. This seems fitting, too, since War Machine (Rhodey) is definitely a character who cares about his country. Cheadle has tweeted and retweeted about the importance of voting as well as called attention to groups who may be kept from voting or are being disenfranchised.

Hopefully, even more of our beloved heroes will remind people to get out to the polls in the next few weeks.
