DragonCon cosplay is taking Twitter by storm and we can’t blame them!

Cosplay is an important part of any con and the looks coming out of DragonCon have taken Twitter’s breath away! And as they should, they’re amazing.

DragonCon has been around for quite some time but this year, everything seems bigger and better. A con designed for the fan who loves everything, this convention is different from every con before it.

And so that means we’re going to see some amazing cosplays come out of this weekend! Which isn’t too surprising. Anymore, the best part of cosplay isn’t necessarily how great you look in character. Instead, it is about how creative you can be.

Like these two who decided that the female wrestlers of the WWE were where their cosplay hearts were taking them.

Now, there is also fun to be had with look-a-like cosplays. Like this gentleman who looks exactly like the late, great Leonard Nimoy as Spock!

And of course, there are the characters you’d never think you’d see at a con. But they’re great because the minute you see a J.D and Turk from Scrubs walking the convention floor, you promptly lose your mind.

And of course, my personal favorite. Maybe I started crying a little bit when I saw this cosplay. But can you blame me? It is Carrie Fisher and Gary Fisher! What’s not to love?

And these are just a few of the amazing looks from DragonCon so far! We still have quite a few options and who knows, these might be overshadowed by something amazing sometime later in the weekend. But for now, our cosplaying loving hearts go out to these amazing cosplayers. Especially Carrie. I really love the Carrie cosplay.
