10-Year-Old Jacob Tremblay and Billy Eichner are Best Friends Forever

Jacob Tremblay, 10, who received a Critics’ Choice Award for his work in Room this year, joins Billy Eichner on truTV’s Billy on the Street.

Jacob Tremblay, who won a Critics’ Choice Award for Best Young Actor/Actress for his role in the 2015 film Room, will appear on truTV’s Billy on the Street Tuesday, December 20th at 10:30/ 9:30 Central.

He took to Twitter yesterday with an adorable vid showing just how much he loved his new BFFE comedian Billy Eichner. You can watch the slideshow below:

Billy shot back on Twitter, claiming the video slideshow was the nicest thing anyone has ever done for him. Of course, they both had to plug the latest episode of Billy on the Street, which is tonight at 10:30/ 9:30 Central. Tonight’s episode will act as the holiday episode.

The ten year old will appear on the streets of New York City with Billy and remind people just how successful a ten year old is compared to the rest of us. Of course, Jacob isn’t one to rub it in people’s faces. That won’t stop Billy Eichner, though, who first started his candid street interviews on Funny or Die via YouTube.

Billy on the Street is Billy Eichner’s foray into game show television. The comedian hosts the show, walking the streets of New York City asking pedestrians crazy, quirky questions. If they answer correctly, they can win money. All of us at home win for simply watching Billy’s unfiltered and unapologetic comedy come through in simple interactions. The show generally hosts guest stars, and this week it just happens to be an adorable ten year old and Billy surely won’t let an opportunity to exploit a child actor’s success when speaking to those he comes across.
