When Bravo revealed its All-Star season, many fashionistas wondered which of the celebrated designers would show that finale collection. The three Project Runway Season 20 finalists are set to showcase their best in a show that will be remembered long after the confetti disappears.

Throughout Project Runway Season 20, the fashion designers have faced both familiar challenges and new ones. Although each of the final three designers had both highs and lows, Bishme, Brittany, and Laurence earned their spot in the finale.

Each of the Project Runway Season 20 finalists has very different design aesthetics. After having to create a stylish approach to each challenge’s brief, this final collection allows them to celebrate their vision. Whether it is Brittany’s ready-to-wear approach or Laurence’s tailored leather jackets, everything walking down that runway will have people reacting.

Ahead of the finale, Culturess chatted with Bishme and Brittany about the season. Although neither fashion designer would reveal anything about the finale collections, many Bravo fans can assume that both designers will stay true to their point of view.

For Bishme, he mentioned that he took a piece of advice from Christian Siriano to heart. Specifically, “something that stuck with me is that you cannot please everyone and that is ok. You have to know who your customer is and you cater to those customers who appreciate you.”

Based on that statement, Project Runway fans should expect a collection that blends big statements with coordinating accessories. As seen in many of the challenges, those accessories set Bishme apart from the others.

With Brittany, her journey seemed to pick up speed towards the end as she found her grove. Going into the finale, she is well poised to accel. One aspect of all her designs was that she wanted to ensure her aesthetic was in every piece. She said that she was “unapologetic” about it, but she was proud to stand by any and every one of those looks.

Although some challenges were more in her wheelhouse than others, she understood that it was imperative for the judges to instantly know her look as she walked down the runway. As she mentioned, “I put my spin on everything.”

While the Project Runway Season 20 finalists are all very different, one aspect is clear with all of them. They cannot falter with this collection. As each look walks down the runway, it needs to captivate not just the judges but the audience watching. No matter who earns the trophy, the real prize is the fans who line up to buy one of those looks from their favorite designer.

The Project Runway All Stars finale airs on Bravo, Thursday at 9 p.m. and can be streamed the next day on Peacock.
