Marvel Studios’ Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 gets a crossover with HelloFresh
With Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3 coming out in theaters on May 5th, the hype is real.
And that hype only increases when you realize that the Marvel movie is doing a fun promotional crossover with HelloFresh, if you’ve ever wanted to make food from a different galaxy in your own home, now’s your chance!
The Guardians Snack Adventure Kit comes with two snacks that will be in Vol. 3 in May: Zarg Nut Bites and Mango Milky Fizz. Zarg Nut Bites are crushed pretzels, salted cashews, sweet Thai chili sauce, and chocolate chips, and the Mango Milky Fizz is coconut milk, apricot jam, seltzer, and mango bits.
All ingredients are pre-portioned and sent with the kit, so you just have to follow the included instructions. Easy as pie!
Starting on Monday, April 17th at 12pm EST, you can go to www.HelloFreshAdventure.com to claim yours while supplies last, and you don’t need a HelloFresh subscription. If you miss that opportunity, you can try again on April 24th and May 1st. These are free and available until supplies run out, so plan accordingly.

I was able to try both of these recipes. The Zarg Nut Bites are very easy to mix together, but when it comes time to form them, I’d advise you to either wear gloves or make sure your hands are wet so they don’t stick to your hands. It took me about six Zarg Nut Bites before I realized my mistake and then it was much easier to form them into balls. I also stuck them in the fridge to harden them a bit more. The kit comes with a glass jar to store them in, too.
The Mango Milky Fizz is definitely the highlight of the two recipes. Made with coconut milk, apricot jam, and mangoes, and topped off with seltzer, it’s a subtly sweet and refreshing drink. You make these in two cute plastic branded cartons and mix them with an included frother. Add in some ice cubes to cool it down or refrigerate it all before you make it. It’s absolutely delicious.
