It’s hard to believe we’re finally in the last month of the year. December is here and Hulu isn’t wasting any time.

No doubt the streaming service added a ton of new subscribers with its Black Friday deal. It’s to be expected as all those Black Friday deals seem to get the best of all of us.

Oddly enough, that’s a similar feeling to have about Hulu in general. While the streaming service is mostly known for its syndicated content, there are plenty of originals and movies added each week. In particular, the first week of the month is always a huge release week.

Thankfully, we’re only looking at the end of November and the beginning of December.

These are the Hulu highlights from November 26th until December 2nd.

Before getting into the first week of December, we still have November releases to discuss but there were only a few. The remaining November releases were all movies that were A Banquet, Alone Together, How to Please a Woman, and Christmas at the Drive-In. As you can see, it’s a combination of different genres so no matter if you’re watching solo or have company, you’ll find something to enjoy.

Heading into December, let’s start off with the Hulu originals, and this week, there was the only one which was Darby and the Death. This is a new Hulu original movie and it actually seems like it’s going to be a paranormal comedy. It’s nice to see Hulu adding something that isn’t Christmas-related but that’s just for originals.

Speaking of Christmas, there were still some Christmas movies added including A Chance for Christmas, The Good Witch of Christmas, I’m Glad It’s Christmas, and This Christmas. You can also enjoy seasons of Love Island US, The Real World, Big Brother, and Banyana. Last but certainly not least, there were plenty of movies added including Gone in the Night, Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie, Rio, Liar, Liar, Hancock, and even, the Final Destination movies.

No matter what you’re looking for this December, Hulu has a bit of everything so your weekend should be a little less boring.
