Hulu Highlights to watch for your September 23rd weekend
As teased in last week’s highlights, fall TV is upon us and Hulu isn’t playing around.
While Hulu is mostly known for its syndicated programming, there are a lot of fun and unique originals featured on the platform. Thus far in September, things have been a bit meh, especially with the price increase.
However since September is almost over, Hulu is ramping up for the returning fall TV shows along with adding some originals. Honestly, if that doesn’t give you a reason to watch Hulu, then I don’t know what else will.
Either way, let’s not waste any more time as there are a lot of Hulu highlights to get into and a lot of shows and movies for you to stream over the weekend.
Have your remotes ready for this week’s batch of Hulu highlights.
As with each round of highlights, we’re talking about the originals first and boy does Hulu have a lot to choose from. On September 19th, the series premiere of Best in Dough was added which is a pizza competition series. Then on the following day, a new comedy series, Reboot was added with a three-episode premiere. Honestly, both of these are on my watchlist for this week.
For the last two originals, we got the complete Season 1 of Grid which is subbed if you’re an anime fan. Then there is, of course, the Season 2 premiere of The Kardashians. No doubt you’ll want to at least try out one of the latest originals that were added this week.
If that wasn’t enough, a lot of shows returned with new seasons/episodes. Some of these include Big Sky, Abbott Elementary, Lego Masters, and the Masked Singer so if you’re missing any of those shows, have no fear. As far as movies go though, the only thing added this week was Boom for Real: The Late Teenage Years of Jean-Michel Basquiat which is actually a documentary if you’re looking to learn more about Basquiat and the art scene in the 70s.
Regardless if you’re looking for this weekend, Hulu probably has something for you. If it doesn’t this week, then maybe you should unsubscribe. Just kidding, but hopefully, you’re able to find something to help occupy your time this weekend.
