September 1st is always a huge day for Hulu. However a week out, there are still a handful of new shows and movies being added.

While Hulu is mostly known for its syndicated TV shows, the platform also adds a lot of movies and original projects. It can be hard to keep track of everything though so that’s why it’s nice to look at what’s being added and maybe help you decide on what to watch for the weekend.

Obviously, the major draw is the platform’s exclusive shows/originals. Of all the streaming services, Hulu seems to get paid peanuts in comparison to others. Even so, that’s why highlights are so much fun to talk about.

If you’re looking for something new to enjoy on Hulu, these could be perfect for your weekend.

These Hulu highlights are awesome to start off your September.

Let’s start off with the originals. On September 7th, Hulu decided to add two new originals. The first is a three-episode premiere of Tell Me Lies which is based on a novel of the same name and the second is Season 1 of Grid. The following day on September 8th, Hulu also added Season 1 of Wedding Season and Season 1 of The Zone: Survival Mission. Honestly, you’ve pretty much hit the jackpot with originals.

If you’re not in the mood for originals though, then these new movies that were added are a good place to start.

  • Active Measures (September 3)
  • Stratton (September 4)
  • You’re Not You (September 5)
  • Petite Marman (September 6)
  • The Cove (September 7)
  • Racing Extinction (September 7)
  • Among the Shadows (September 8)
  • Half Magic (September 9)
  • Wild Horses (September 9)

No matter what you’re in the mood for, these highlights are the perfect way to kick off the weekend or at least, help you decide what to watch. Personally, I’m excited to check out Tell Me Lies as it sounds like it’s going to be intense and juicy. Regardless of what you’re looking for, Hulu has you covered.

Next. Roswell New Mexico gave Michael and Alex a beautiful ending. dark
