Hulu highlights to watch during your September 2nd weekend
It’s hard to believe the year is slowly coming to a close, but not yet. We still have some September Hulu highlights to look forward to.
September seems to be the unofficial start of fall/Halloween for some. Technically, the first day of fall isn’t until September 22nd but it’s never too early to get a little spooky and try to be cozy.
In particular, it’s nice to get cozy with some TV shows and movies. What better than to decide and use your Hulu subscription? Considering the price of everything, it’s only right to try and get the most bang for your buck.
If you’re looking for something new to enjoy on Hulu, then this week’s batch of Hulu Highlights is for you.
These Hulu highlights cap off August but will help you settle into September.
As with most of the highlights, we always start off with new originals. No doubt a lot of us want to see the exclusives Hulu has to offer. To wrap up August, we got Season 4 of The Croods: Family Tree along with FX’s The Patient. Moving onto September, the other Hulu originals we got were Season 3 of The Mighty Ones and Cuttputlli.
Aside from the Hulu originals, there are plenty of other shows either being added to the platform or shows starting a new season. If you’re looking for some new anime, you might want to try A Certain Scientific Railgun or Gungrave. However, if you’re looking for something in the non-fiction realm, multiple History programs were added including Season 1 of The Hunt for the Zodiac Killer, Season 1 of Haunted History, and Season 1 of Days that Shaped America.
If you’re looking for something a bit more dramatic, then Lifetime has your back with new seasons of Dance Moms, Catering Wars, and Beyond the Headlines. Honestly, the platform isn’t playing when it comes to TV shows so if you’re in the mood for some TV, then you’re covered.
Looking at the movies, September 1st is another big day for comedies as Hulu is adding Year One, Meet the Parents, Get Smart, Big, and American Pie. Additionally, Batman Begins and The Dark Knight are also being added. Frankly, there is really no shortage of movies or TV shows added this week. If you couldn’t find anything to watch on Hulu, then hopefully this overview of some exciting and fun new additions will give you some ideas.
