Let’s just get right to the point: She-Hulk: Attorney at Law is brilliant, hilarious, and the best new show of the year! It’s one of Marvel’s finest hours and is comedic gold.

I cannot express how much joy watching the first four episodes of the show brought, nor can I remember the last time a series made me smile and laugh quite as hard as the first four episodes of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law managed to.

Jessica Gao and the writing team deliver a witty and intelligent legal comedy set against the backdrop of the MCU. The show is brilliantly written and has done a phenomenal job of capturing Jen’s spirit and humor — with the show’s fourth-wall-breaking moments skillfully interwoven.

Speaking of Jen, Tatiana Maslany delivers a truly stunning performance in the show’s title role. Marvel has managed to work its magic once again by casting an actress who perfectly embodies the character and delivers a flawless performance in the title role. Maslany brings an effortless wit and relatable humor to the role, which is undoubtedly about to make her one of Marvel fans’ favorite characters.

Her performance is elevated by the show’s incredible ensemble which includes Mark Ruffalo, Tim Roth, Benedict Wong, Josh Segarra, Ginger Gonzaga, Jon Bass, Renée Elise Goldsberry and Jameela Jamil, who is a true scene-stealer as the show’s central villain, a villain who is unlike any fans have met before.

And now let’s talk about how the show is an amazing love letter to Marvel fans!

We knew heading into the series premiere that She-Hulk would be Marvel Studios’ most cameo-heavy show yet and Marvel delivers big-time on that promise. The first four episodes alone feature a handful of wild cameos including a jaw-dropping cameo in the show’s third episode that will leave fans talking for days.

But the brilliance of the show is that the cameos don’t feel forced in any way. Instead, they’re masterfully incorporated into each episode in fun and creative ways that perfectly fit the show’s narrative.

However, the cameos are just the beginning.

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law is filled with Easter eggs for the Marvel fans who have been along for the ride since Day 1. From subtle Easter eggs sprinkled in the background — including some carefully placed QR codes that offer some fun surprises — to hilarious meta references to some of the MCU’s most iconic heroes and events, the show is packed with nods to the broader MCU.

And then there is the fact that each of the first four episodes contains a post-credit sequence that offers up additional content for fans to enjoy including a scene in the first episode of the show that might be the greatest post-credit moment in the history of the MCU.

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law starts off strong right out of the gate and has the making to become Marvel’s greatest show yet! So buckle up and get ready for a wild, laughter-filled ride ahead because you won’t want to miss the journey ahead!
