Beyoncé goes to No.1: What are her top singles?

Beyoncé is not breaking any souls with her new album Renaissance. The pop megastar has carried multiple hit singles and albums as a solo artist and part of the trio, Destiny’s Child. Now, Renaissance is her seventh solo No. 1 album with the biggest week by a woman on the 2022 charts. Her latest single, “Break My Soul”, has also skyrocketed to number one on the Hot 100 chart. Although she had found success with Destiny Child and was no new name in music,  her second single surpassed any expectations. It topped the US Billboard Hot 100 for nine consecutive weeks and was Beyoncé’s longest-running number-one single until 2007,

Check on It

The Pink Panther saw Beyoncé star as an actress but it also saw “Check on It” become her third Hot 100 number-one as a solo artist  The song received the airplay gainer title, and reached the top spot on the Hot 100 chart after initially debuting at the number 72 position.  It took the single 12 weeks to reach the top position.

Irreplaceable

Not only was the single nominated for a Grammy  for Record of the Year, but it also the most successful release from Beyoncé’s second studio album, B’Day. It topped the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart for ten consecutive weeks.
