July has been a solid month for Hulu users so far. Not only did we get one of the best animated movies of the year, but there have been plenty of solid TV releases, too.

As we get deeper into July, the releases are finally starting to thin out. Since most of us are in the dead heat of summer, sitting inside and watching Hulu is frankly the perfect way to relax after a long day of work or play.

The weekend is always the perfect time to get caught up on your favorite shows along with maybe trying out a new movie. Hulu is especially convenient if you’re not in the mood to go out to the movies, either.

Let’s get into the Hulu highlights from July 16 until July 22.

These new Hulu releases are perfect to watch before July ends.

Unlike last week, there aren’t many releases for Hulu. With that being said, it’s easier to just list all of them off than feature a highlight reel of some Hulu so let’s break it down.

  • The Hater (July 17)
  • The Cursed (July 18)
  • The Aftershock (July 19)
  • American Horror Stories, Season 2 Premiere (July 21)
  • Grownish, Season 5 Premiere (July 21)
  • Milkwater (July 21)
  • You Are Not My Mother (July 21)
  • All My Friends Hate Me (July 22)

As you can see, the list is slowly but surely dwindling down as the month comes to an end. Of course, the cycle will repeat itself when August comes around. Regardless, there has been a lot of really fun and exciting content added this summer. Considering how hot it is in most of the US right now, all of us are trying to stay nice and cool inside.

No matter where you are though,  there is probably something released this week you’ll enjoy. This week is good if you’re looking for some spooky vibes in the middle of summer. The obvious choice is Season 2 of American Horror Stories but The Cursed and You Are Not My Mother are good options, too.
