Hulu Highlights to watch during your July 8th weekend

Maggie -- “Things Begin Where They End” - Episode 101 -- Maggie is a romantic comedy about a psychic struggling with her own future, despite her ability to read into everyone else’s. July 1st was a huge day for Hulu. Of course, as the first day of the month, a lot of streaming services tend to add new things.

Thankfully, things are looking a bit more subdued heading into the first full week in July. While it’s not always the case, it could be due to the holiday.

As always, Hulu is adding some new episodes of beloved TV shows along with an original and some movies, too. Honestly, the service is all over the map when it comes to new releases and frankly, that’s all you can ask for as a viewer.

If you’re looking for something new on Hulu, then look no further as these releases from the past week should be perfect for weekend watching.

Let’s get into the Hulu releases between July 2 and July 8th.

This weekend is the perfect time to get caught up on some of your favorite TV shows or to try out something new from Hulu so let’s get into the new releases.

  • Asking for It (July 2)
  • Ginger’s Tale (July 5)
  • Maggie, Season 1 (July 6)
  • How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom, Season 1 (July 7)
  • Ultrasound (July 7)
  • Generation Gap, Series Premiere (July 8)
  • Press Your Luck, Season 4 Premiere (July 8)
  • Rehearsals, Season 1 (July 8)
  • Minamata (July 8)

Unlike the previous week, Hulu kept things low-key so no highlights this week. Instead, those were all of the releases from the first full week in July. As you can see, it’s a solid mix of both TV shows and movies with the only original being Season 1 of Maggie.

Regardless, there are still plenty of options to pick from this week. Whether you’re in a competitive mood, want to try something new, or just don’t know what to watch, Hulu has you covered. While the first full week in July might not be as extensive, no doubt you’ll find something you enjoy among these new additions.
