Next Stop, Christmas synopsis
It’s a story that plays out every holiday season when people head home to their families, when they stop and wonder how their lives would be different if they took a different path. Angie (Lyndsy Fonseca) is a surgeon in New York and she’s heading home to spend the holidays with her family. She takes the train and as she’s traveling she wonders what her life would have been like if she’d married her old boyfriend Tyler (Eric Freeman).
When she arrives home it’s 10 years in the past and the kindhearted conductor (Christopher Lloyd) suggests that she use this opportunity to explore her life and make up for things that she couldn’t change before. She works with her sister to put a new spark in her parents’ romance, and she discovers that matters most in life. It’s the second chance of a lifetime, and it is all part of the magic of the holidays.
