GAC Family is the newest network to offer original holiday programming. Though they launched in September 2021, the network is kicking off the holidays with the Great American Christmas event, complete with 13 original Christmas movies with your favorite stars. Here’s a guide to all of the new movies coming to GAC Family this holiday season.

GAC Family and GAC Living are both part of GAC Media. Former Crown Media head Bill Abbott is the GAC Media CEO, and he’s bringing his extensive knowledge of holiday programming from Hallmark to the new network.

Under Abbott’s guidance, the network is making a name for itself as many Hallmark actors are jumping over to the GAC team this holiday season, or double dipping and appearing in movies on both networks. (And you know what? The more the merrier! There’s always room for more Christmas movies!)

The Great American Christmas event kicked off with Welcome to Great American Christmas on October 16. The preview show reunited Cameron Mathison and Debbie Matenopoulos with the rest of the Home & Family team for a two-hour special with guests from the new movies, helpful hints and a look at what fans can expect from the new network.
