Get ready for more of the Torres family! Jennifer Garner has inked a multi-film deal with Netflix that will allow the actress to star in and produce feature films for the international streamer. Included in that deal is a sequel to her hit Netflix family movie Yes Day, in which she will reprise her role as the mom who gives her kids 24 hours to make their own rules.

Although the movie isn’t part of this new deal, Garner will next appear in the Netflix sci-fi film The Adam Project, which sees her teaming back up with her 13 Going on 30 costar Mark Ruffalo, along with Ryan Reynolds and Zoe Saldana. She is also slated to star in and produce Family Leave, a comedy inspired by the book Bedtime for Mommy, which was written by Yes Day author Amy Krouse Rosenthal.

Netflix’s head of global film, Scott Stuber, previously worked with Garner on the 2007 military thriller The Kingdom and the two have stayed in touch ever since.

“As an actor, she’s proven herself to be incredibly versatile in unforgettable roles spanning fast-paced action, heartfelt comedies, and thought-provoking dramas. She approaches every aspect of her work with such detail and preparation, which makes her an extremely valuable partner and producer,” Stuber said.

“Having known Scott for fifteen years, there is a reason his relationships in the business stand the test of time. He is as true blue as he is smart and intuitive about filmmaking,” Garner said in a statement. “I had the most gratifying, creative, experience bringing Yes Day to life. Seeing Netflix’s global reach as the Torres family wreaked havoc in homes all over the world makes me eager to dive in with another Day of Yes. I can’t wait.”

Along with this year’s Yes Day, Garner was previously seen in the HBO series Camping, as well as 2018’s Peppermint and Love, Simon. While she has been a working actress since the mid-90s, she is perhaps best known for portraying Sydney Bristow in the hit ABC series Alias, which ran from 2001-2006, and for originating the role of a pre-MCU era Elektra in 2003’s Daredevil and her own self-titled film in 2005.
