While Magic Kingdom will be in full 50th-anniversary mode, the holiday season is always special at Disney Parks. Even though Santa might have all the toys and tricks in his winter wonderland, Walt Disney World is always overflowing with holiday magic.

For many people, the holiday magic at Walt Disney World Resorts has become a tradition. Whether it is the family picture in front of the many Christmas trees or enjoying the gingerbread houses at the various hotels, the winter wonderland has an extra sprinkling of pixie dust.

In a recent Disney Parks announcement, a few new experiences have been revealed. Although some people would have preferred for the Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party to have returned, the reality is that these new experiences are quite delightful, too. Sometimes a little tweak in the celebrations can make them feel even more memorable.
