Billie Blessings is back in an all-new mystery adventure on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. This time around, when a friend asks for help Billie is all too willing to oblige, but things get complicated when a new detective shows up on the case. Things have been going well for Billie (Holly Robinson Peete), whose morning show “Wake Up West Coast” has put her at the top of the ratings. She’s newly single and everything has been going well for her, but when a friend needs help she will stop at nothing to find out the truth and solve the case. Detective Sergeant Tyrell Price (Colin Lawrence) teams up with Billie to solve the case, but nothing is as it seems and suddenly Billie’s world is turned upside down.
Based on a series of books by Al Roker, this is the sixth movie in the Signature Mystery franchise.

Here’s the official synopsis of Morning Show Mysteries: Murder Ever After: “Following a shocking find in a family friend’s basement, TV host Billie Blessings works with new-to-town detective Tyrell to unearth a dark secret that threatens to unravel the lives of the most powerful people in her city.”
Cast
Holly Robinson Peete returns for her sixth appearance as Billie Blessings. This past holiday season, Robinson Peete pulled double duty in the original movie The Christmas Doctor when she starred in the film and served as executive producer. She has also appeared in all four Christmas in Evergreen movies on the Hallmark Channel. A talented actor, producer, activist and proud mother, there is nothing Robinson Peete can’t do.
Colin Lawrence has appeared in three of the four Christmas in Evergreen movies with Robinson Peete, and he can also be seen on the hit Netflix series Virgin River.
